Family Reunion Registration – No Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Hayes, Hill, Hervey, Dixon, White Family Reunion. We’re excited to celebrate together! Please note the following policy regarding registration fees:

💸 All Sales Are Final

Due to the upfront costs associated with planning and securing venues, catering, merchandise, and other services, all registration fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Cancellations for any reason (personal, medical, travel-related, etc.)
  • No-shows or inability to attend

📦 What Happens If You Can’t Attend?

If you are unable to attend, we will make every effort to ensure you still receive any prepaid items, such as:

  • Reunion T-shirt
  • Goodie bag
  • Printed materials or keepsakes

These items may be mailed to you upon request. Shipping fees may apply.

📌 Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another family member by July 13, 2026. Please contact Shareece Hayes to initiate a transfer.
